I am on a diet and would like to find a healthy yet delicious muffins as I am a muffin lover. I love this product. It is exactly what I wanted! But the instruction is wrong. It says to bake at 400 degree for 27mins. I did and found the muffins are hard and dry. I changed to 350 degree and add 2 whole eggs instead egg white and milk instead of water. It is delicious!
Vitalicious products are awesome. I loved these muffins, and they were very easy to make. I also like that you can order from Amazon and get the free shipping. It would be nice if you could get the same deal on the Vitalicious Site.
